Brew Guide

5 golden rules for a better cup

  1. Right ratio: about 15 g of coffee for every 250 ml of water.
  2. Water at 85–90 °C: never boiling. Let the kettle rest 30–60 seconds.
  3. Grind just before brewing, matching the grind to your method.
  4. Filtered water, free of chlorine.
  5. Store it well: sealed, away from light, heat and humidity. Enjoy within a month of opening.
